Pork Carnitas & Corfu kitchen on Kindle!!!

When I am super busy this weeks featured recipe is my go to. It’s great to whack everything into a slow cooker and go about your day.

Pork Carnitas is one of my all-time favourites and is not only great for tacos and burritos but is also fantastic cold in salads or popped in soups and stews for a beautifully spiced meaty flavour.
